I have never noticed a correlation between level of spell and the ability to stick. I've used level 4 spells on level 50+ mobs with no trouble at all. The biggest factors are the resistance of the creature and the level dif between you and it. |

Ummm... look closer. I see Ranger listed, just on a different line. Plus if you look at the screenshot Ranger is listed 3rd, PLUS the arrow has +3 fire damage - not listed on the info. Means it's a 14 dam arrow NOT 11, subject to saves, etc... |

note that its not lore. get one on each hand, and it goes from 3 resists, to 6... i dont know how much that would help, but since not everyone is decked out in uber gear, 6 to those resists might have better resists than their normal primary/secondary items. |

The buff does not appear to stack with the shaman hp buff line, as well as Focus/Harnessing of Spirit. However the resist components stack with all buffs. Therefore get STR/DEX from a shammy then slap this buff on and watch the resist messages fly by.

I saw this on a merchant in FV...I bought it because my beastlord's 2hb is at zero and the this is one of the lowest delay for a 2hb I've seen (if not the lowest). Dmg and ratio aren't good but I figure it will be ok when in a good grp and dmg output isn't critcal...I can then use the delay to hope |
