Ok lineender, here is the situation. As a Bard I can tell you Soloing, Kiting, and DD on a Caster with Nukes is a problem, PvP or not. Here's an advisable selection of songs to have up to Lvl. 29:

Nrim: I found that a little annoying too, but I haven't run into that much in a while. Seemed to me it was mostly firstcomers who've since left the server. The roleplaying aspect I wonder at now are the people who roleplay fully at the start of a group, then gradually slip into talking about ISPs |

This one is OH so SIMPLE... Brewing! How can a Bard sing if he is Parched! Seriously though... Brewing will allow you to raise your alcohol tollerance and allow you to recieve the benifits (Str and Sta) with out the negative effects (lowered Int and Wis).

This medallion and the magistrate's book are the rare.
I've hunted these fools for a lotta hours and have only seen one of each drop.
Sun Chalice, Smiter's Belt, and Grail of Justice are common drops.
Named spawned rate also has been dramatically reduced in SD earlier this week. |

This is a dream weapon for a rogue. I mean secondary only. Usually they shaft rogues by making great 1hs they can use but primary slot only. Now they can bs with their piercers and wield this bad boy.

Would have to disagree as i have lvled 3 toons to 9 in misty then headed to commons to solo cats and bears to 11 and 12. In misty stay away from guards yes but that is a given. go for the 3 goblin camps and remember to zone into runnyeye in case of problems. there are bears for good exp here too |
