I bought mine for my 20 Bard for 750pp. I was a bit leery about the proc, at first, until I learned that it doesn't proc until 45. Odd, I pull the fires to my pet with annul magic and never get the DS still on them. From what I have seen after mobs are engaged they do not stop to rebuff, at least they never did on me. |

I realize that no one's class specific armor (minus bp and legs) have additional stats besides the cool procs, but they do at least have good AC. If I read it right verant said that is has no effect on the actual stats of the item it only means that that is the recomended level for it and if there is an effect it might not proc till then. |

In my experience, religion is more important than race in Katta. Darkelf rogues are dubious, while darkelf necromancers and shadowknights are not. I know you can raise some factions in Katta by killing Coterie, but necros (and others) may not wish to do that.
