Here's a hella easy way to tell if your character is a plate, chain, leather, or cloth class:
1) Get a Cloth Tunic appropriate to the size of your character's race. If it can be equipped, you can wear cloth!

The dragonclaw shard is NOT the best 1hs... Frostwrath is better (24dmg, 22dly, lots of stats, cold dd proc....) and I'd be loath to say its the best 1hs... |

Very cool zone. Very trippy sounds (the child sound was creepy), and the fighting is cool...seeing the tank switch back and forth among different creatures was SWEET...got a lot of cool screenshots ;)

While most of the mobs in Kael do heve the possibility of dropping quest armor pieces, it is far more likely to drop from the 55+ mobs, esp. near the arena. |

What is the Drop Rate on this thing?
I got invited to E/V (at 55 of course) and I know they have killed Tunare before, but this thing probably doesn't drop every time Tunare is killed.

I was delighted to be able to be a part of a Trakanon raid and get this amazing item this afternoon.
I wanted to share the info in Invigorate as some of the other posts are incorrect.
Invigorate is a 90 hp self only heal and takes 6 seconds to cast.
