I got these arms from a Gantru Raldukan - took us about 2 hours of hunting, but were the only drop. A good group at the Maiden's Eye zone (woot Maluna, Nunzio, Foodang!). BTW, that's my pic =)

According to Magelo, it's 41% haste - 5% more than the CoF and CoCW and 10% more than the RBB.
Quite a nice haste item for anyone...

THEORETICALLY...
These are for people to quest for just before they start hunting on the Planes.
Even so, most of the drops are pure luck to get... even with a tracker... and a few of the drop zones are pretty deadly to anything less than a full group of mid-40's.

The Elite Temple Guards are unslowable, unmezzable. So, they can present a challenge to any group without a defensive warrior. I've killed many of them, and never seen this sword, or anything but spells honestly, drop. Must be fairly rare. |

Wonderful idea. A monk weapon that drops off a level 24ish mob, that is worse ratio than monk fists at level 25. I picked up two for the coolness factor, but will only be using them for trainers, not damage output at all. |
