Wurmslayer's hardly the biggest piece of trash weapon in the game. Provided I'm grouped with a tank who has good aggro/taunt, I outdamage almost every melee with it. If I'm hasted, the mob is dead before the wizards even get a chance to nuke.
It's also such an easy quest, I do about 3 a week |

Save up for this and buy it when you can. +5 Wisdom and +10 Mana rocks, and when you find something better, you can slap this sucka in your range slot and keep right on going. And the 10/25 ain't too shabby.
As an update to the above info, Beastlords can also equip this weapon.
