Actually a proc is an PRODUCED EFFECT when you right-click on an item that is called an EFFECT.

You won't find velious quest gems on vendors. There are some gems with VERY similar names to the quest gems. When I first came across some of these, I spent 500 pp in 5 minutes buying them up thinking I had found the mother-lode. Sadly I was mistaken hehe.

I saw a flawed topaz for sale for 12000 pp at some site on the web (not this one). When I checked back the next day, it was no longer for sale. I don't know if that means they sold it for 12000 pp though.
I know one thing though. I am definitely spending more time in Cobalt Scar :)

That posting about 1000 pp sounds like it is wishfull thinking by someone hoping to buy one for that amount. If you have any for sale for 1000 pp, send me a tell. I would really like to turn around and resell . . . er . . I mean use them. |

1.9 lbs for 2 ac seems like a lot of weight to take on for a small ac increase over banded. At least for my cleric. Maybe not for a warrior, I guess. Actually, its probably more for human sized, since the stats are for small bronze. |

I don't know what these people have been smoking, but Flawed Topazes do NOT sell for 10k except to the truly desperate. Generally they sell for about 3k (minimum) to 5k (maximum). I did in fact see one for sale for 1000 pp once. I bought it and that was the last time I ever saw one so cheap. I d |

Decrease Attack Speed by 10% (L1)
Nice weapon for any of the classes that can use it. Moreso for a Rogue in the offhand, with a Ragebringer in main.....Ooooooweee
