How come its hard for a 30th lvl Ogre or Troll to get large, but a 23rd lvl Wood Elf can go into Unrest and kill some little tiny ghouls and get a small full suit in an hour ?

I offhand a Sarnak Skullsplitter anyway, so the +8 pr/dr on the SSS cancels out the -8 pr/dr on this item, I get to see invis (definately a plus on a PvP server), and get some other stat bonuses as well. |

yes it is for a kael quest. i believe it is either the mask of war or the one that gives 1 of 3 rewards (circlet , steel somethin wristband, and a wis shield). not quite sure, as i am not on kael faction so others in guild took it and did quest. |
