I was also given on of these in oasis. I complimented a bard on her nice looking armor and she gave me one of these. Weighs alot, but it's a nice +int buff for lower levels. |

seeing as how these are the highest AC boots except for warrior-only ones, it seems like any tank class should have a shot (depending on seniority raid attendance or whatever criteria your guild uses) to obtain these. not just monks. |

Dont pull that monk crap on me. Just because something is low in wt doesnt mean it goes straight to monks. It is 28ac, 10str and 15sta.

Anyone know what this npc is for - I just saw him spawn in the forge room today as i was exploring invs'd. The 2 kly in the room then attacked and killed him. He spawned on the pet in the room with the Always Works Forge. |

Someone gave this to my cleric in Rivervale.
I guess he didn't realize Halflings can't use it.
I gave it to my Troll Sk. I hit for 50's with it at lev 20. It's really really slow, though - but MAN! It packs a wallop! |

Troopers are warriors and crusaders are SKs I have had many run-ins with them being a troll warrior. They are also on different factions, I am indifferent to the troopers, but the crusaders still attack using harm touch, this hits for 701 which suggests to me they are level 70. I may be wrong about |

The delay on your main hand DOES NOT IN ANY WAY EFFECT the delay on your off-hand...
It has been tested over and over, the delay is seperate for either hand... the offhand runs on the duel wield skill, and that is checked every cycle on the delay of that weapon.
