Not to open a new wound there bud, but I would rather have a wizzie do the post raid evacing, I would say at least 50% of the melee classes on the raids I have been on are bound somewhere to close where they like to hunt. Translocation helps sooo much. Not that I don't see plenty of Druids on raids, |

i think verant is trying to make our healers go kamikaze or somthin. the dam/del on this weapon is 7/16 (CF's change monky fists to 9/16) thats only 2 less attack. could you imagine standing there with this weapon and healing the whole time? screw that, i'd shout for haste and go crack some skull |

Ok, it's not useful for pulling, it has a very low-melee cast range but..
-Spell interruption is always helpful.
-Some classes are very limited on range-slot items and the resists never hurt.
But, more importantly -
Why are items nodrop?

Folks, if ya read all these things, It looks to me like it is supposed to proc at 25. I got the thing and it don't proc for me at 16... when I find betted weap, I'm ditching it... Any buyers?

I think verant threw in a little trick... Dwigus is a place holder for Bilge, since they put him in, and now Bilge spawns SLOWER... But, Dwigus has the cleric quest item. Both spawn in the same place, have the same path, etc. Bilge is a shaman, Dwigus a warrior/monk/rogue (not sure, a good druid |

5/17. Heh, this is faster than the windsabre, but the damage isn't there. I guess if you want to get 10 shots in before you actually begin to fight, this is a nice Bow.

This is a nicely roudned out bracer......Im starting to like some of the new stuff......as a monk I liek the AC,Resist and HP and weight of course....then again Im not gonna say its all mine because of the weight....hehe altho :P......great for a INT caster also.....nice AC for when you cap at 200.. |

I my self have been guilty of givving usless items to orcs and such to mess with newbs, and to make em earn the item. It especially fun when you give the crature about 10pp and a FS weap, and when you hear the Noob shout accross the zone about his fine discovery. |

No..
You can go beyond 200, to 255, you always could, but the returns for mana beyond 200 int is something around 1 mana per 1 int... or 1.5 mana per 1 int at 60, but its very low.
And it has infact been stated, multiple times, by absor and abashi that the int/wis cap was not raised in either |

You're a Ranger, and how's your Fletching skill?
As a monk, I'd love to have nice things for my range slot, but don't get anything near as nice. LoL - this bow sucks? I disagree completely.

and don't forget about crits...granted the money need to make them 4 dmg arrows will hurt bad when you're firing a stack into one target easy with this delay (still wanna know range though).
As a ranger with some nice crits, you can do quite a bit of damage before that snared (if snare-able) MOB |

Bah this is such a monk item with the AC resists and HP plus the int makes us learn skills faster int caster bracer? pretty much useless once a caster gets high enough lvl to fight in Necropolis their int should be past 200 and they'll be seeking mana |

I'm not real sure about current strategies on killing in ToV, but there is a high level guild on my server that does ToV every single day. Heck prolly same guild that posts all these items, I cant see the pictures on this screen so I can't tell if it has a guild tag. |

This bracelet comes from a dragon in the Forbidden Area of ToV, where Fires of Heaven is currently exploring. It's a very challenging area to enter - they're the only ones who have made it back there so far. |

This has over TWICE the AC of the next best bracer that is caster usable. It's great for a monk, but the first one to drop in the game went to an enchanter for a good reason. |
