This weapon is awesome to duel wield and easily raise up your 1hb skill with its fast delay and hits like crazy, it raised my skill from 0 to 100 in 2 lvl.

I have a Velium Morningstar and have been able to procs at lvl 12. I have an Elf/Ranger and he has no problem using it. I have been told it's DEX that is associated with it. Mine is at 82 with boost. |

Get this, I was at my brothers house and some guy gave him this... He had only been playing the gamef or like.. .5 hours and was level 3. The magic WORKED for him at level 3. This is wrong - the proc does NOT hit you as well. The proc is a 12pt cold-based DD that begins to proc at level 25. |

Here is the best formula I have found for INT>Mana conversion: (for levels 50 and below)
(levelx2)+((level/5)xINT)
Using this formula you will see that at 10th level each additional point of INT gives you 2 points of mana. So, at 10th level which is more valuable? A ring that gives +15 Mana |

This item *may* go for as low as some people say, but these people are really getting a deal. It's better in every way than the gatorsmash maul, which still commands at least 300 pp in price. It is still one of the top 2hb weapons in DPS, right behind the sentry maul. |

You get them off bears, any bear can drop one. They are rare though. I have killed allot of black bears so far and have seen three. I sold one and am looking to sell the other two now. They are lifesavers!! The necro spells get expensive startingat lvl 8. |
