Found this gem on an Icepaw Kobold in Velketor's Labyrinth. As rare as it is it'll take ages for all three to drop, then there's the corrupted armour part - bleh. |

well you see, each of the 3 factions, the Kromif, Coldain, and the Dragon wut ever that is, Each have their own Velious armor Quests, u can do either ones, and i think they are the exact same kinda armor |

I bought 1 of these in Grobb from vendor at the entrance for 85 pp (my charisma is 63 and I am viewed warmly to trolls). I bought another in Ogguk from the vendor out front for 91pp (again, charisma 63 but only viewed as apprehensive). Hope this helps.

Just looted one tonight on a A Ry`Gorr Watchman on the Orc Bridge. You'll know when he has it, because he will be wielding it and it may proc on you. These guys also seem to have Velium daggers on them as well. Same proc and the Ry'Gorr clan is in Crystal Caverns in case you dont know. |
