I just got this for my bard hes 23 and it procs. I was told by a good Friend that it procs at level 1. She uses her shadowknight with it and hes level 3. |

I won the roll on one of these last night from one of the named Giants in Eastern Wastes. I've also seen these and other SoV quest gems drop in Velk's Lab. I would tend to agree with the rare random drop off any 45+ mob, since I've heard of them being found in Karnor's and other non-SoV zones. |

Some great velius items, but this one is useless except perhaps as a training item since it is so fast. For a non-rogue who let his piercing lag it my be of minimal value. |

Found him downtstairs from the Haggle Baron, was trying to get him to respond but he did not. Just says that he is a master of hand to hand and lost a few battles, now he serves Cazic-Thule in the Realm of Heroes.

The sword procs at level 25. How do I know? I saw the message at level 24, dinged 25 last night and lo and behold, it procs! Whee. Also you don't have to have velious to get it to proc... I don't have it and it works fine and dandy for me. |

I have one on a level 19 Necro and no proc yet, but someone told me that you have to have the Velious upgrade for it to proc and then it will proc at any level. Any truth to that? Someone else told me that it only procs at level 37. Anyone know the truth? |

I'm playing on the newest server and I dont know where to get this armor and I'm very tired of banded. I need to know the mobs that drop this and which zones are the easiest to get it from. Please, I'm tired of lookin like a rogue! =) No offense to rogues =P |

I'm level 24 now, and it doesn't proc for me. I *hope* it'll proc at 25. I've been told the variant weapon, the Coldaine <sp?> Velium Morningstar, procs at 13, however. |

I would assume the same place the other onxy sapphires drop, Cobolt Scar. I hope this helps. Read the info on Greaves, this is what it says. |

Well our 3 person group of lvls 40 to 51 pulled this guy LoL. Hehe it was my idea being 51 not many things con blue and to me he coned blue. Well we had a paladin lvl 40 wiz lvl 45 and me the ranger lvl 51. I pulled him and he didnt hit terrible for his lvl(anywhere from low 50s to high 90s) yet |

Got this one on tracking to, coned even to me, lvl 51! Ofcourse i charged! Nuked me once for 500 to 600 dmg, and I took of pretty quick, outran him, gated to a spot in the same zone and then zoned!
Glad he did not summoned me! =)

Been procing for me since like level 14 I believe.
This is pretty dang good for my troll sk. I usually use heavy hitters like my drakkel icegrinder now too at level 22, but the brand is nice when you want to hit something a LOT. Plus It trains my 1 h blunt, dual attack and offense up DANG fast. |
