Isn't this worse than the goranga spiky club that drops more often?
Wait my erudite intelligence just kicked in - this blows jade mace out of the water, delay wise. This is the lowest delay warrior weapon that I can think of right now (well Kerran fishing pole but that's a 3/17 weapon).

I have had one of these on my twink druid since she was about level 3 and even tho it dosent proc it still does a lot of damage. And yes Druids do melee at low levels LOL
