This is significantly worse than banded, and you could easily skill up high enough to make banded, before you collected enough plates to make a full set of this. A banded mail costs only about 15pp to buy. why would you wear this, when banded is so cheap, and getting to 135 skill is really not that |

Hardly worth calling him spoiled there mate, it is a 5 32 (sometimes 6) sword with 2 fire resist attainable at level 19.
Go get a group with a warrior mate of yours and some healer, then do the langseax quest a few times, get yourself some sweet 6 23 magic swords instead.

I have killed him 5 times...mask on every drop. After all my alts/twinks got one, i made a noobi very happy. BTW, i have to pet tank it...gore resists my dark line 90% of the time and fear >50%. My level 49 pet with buff can tank him and will loose about 40-50% health.

I would just like to know what Drops this and what level the mob is. Could I get this item as a level 36 Ranger? Would be nice to have one of these to replace the Cutthroat insignia rings I'm wearing.

At least, I got 8. Might vary a little but I doubt it.
Oh, and for sheer practicality, this isn't worth much. Range is too short to actually hit anything most of the time.

I have to agree. I loved mine when I was a little ranger duel wielding with a yak club. Now, I use a Fluxbladed Axe.
A wurmy isn't so bad when ye are a ranger. :-) I'm a wood elf ranger and I cast invigor to compensate.

Yeah, just hug the walls to the right or left and the bandits won't agro. Only problem I had getting through the caverns with my newbie shaman was the fiends, they're packed together between the Shadeweaver and Shadowhaven entrances. :( |

I am a 60 rogue.. and i have this item and it is VERY nice.. and its more than invis.. its rogue sneak/hide invis(undead also) and lasts 2min.. this is really good when your zoning to a place that has mobs directly on the other side because when a rogue zones.. there is a split second that he is not |

Ok ive been fighting in ME for awhile now killing xi vius and umbrous toilers and such, never seen the earring drop before, however I hope I do soon, and to whoever said this was clearly a warrior item that is BS any caster or hybrid or whatever else can wear it would love to get their hands on this |
