For a 52 halfling warrior on Rallos, this ring is incredible. No drop and the 6 ac is matched only by velium fire wedding ring- and personally I would rather have the parry modifier than 65 hp.

About the only thing this wep has going for it is its graphic when equiped, looks like a jagged piece of insect carapace or something, kind of in the shape of a SSoY, part of the whole primitive weopon look that has come about with Luclin |

not if you can't duel wield ;)
even if a weapon can go in secondary slot, that only applies to people who can put weapons there (those with duel wield) if you dont care about the ratio, just the stats, im assuming your a druid or shaman so your shit outta luck. |

Well, I am a necro and I know that vampiric embrace starts out pretty low (like a 20someodd point tap) but it increases until level 60. So it gets to be pretty large. Now, what level would this proc cast at? Our lowest level, ie not super awsome? Or a highr level making it a super awsome item? |

Nice to see them adding in more nice items that are not swords. I'm sick to death of seeing Sword of "insert element/name/title" and the tons of other slashers. I know there is pretty good weapons for all the weapon skills, but they are few and far between, usually all high end drops too |

I have to agree. These are as common as any other weapon. I believed when people said that the drop rate was nerfed.
I have been in EC (Luclin) for 4 weeks and their is a new person selling every week. I will pick one up for my cleric.

What does recommended skill defense of 25 mean? And are these quest items or dropped? Since there is a quest involving one of the Coterie for a mask with clickable FD, and now these gloves, maybe there are other pieces that haven't ben found yet. I nice alternative to BE armor. |

At 56 you might want to consider Kromrif Military Leggings. Two of the three 55+ monkies I know wear them. You get double the AC of Gatorscale and 6 STR thrown in for good measure.
