	However with the release of luclin they raised the int/wis cap so having over 200 int or wis wields more mana, so even if they had 5-10 int they would be more useful and generate more mana than what they have currently even if you already have like 235int

	well, it all depends on what class you are. if you are a main tank, then two of these would not be as good at keeping agro. whereas a lammy and this would keep agro better. but if your a ranger, then two of these would be better for you

	from my point of view as a ranger this answers alot of problems stuck with chainmail and low wisdom items rangers would benifit very well from this item and as it 'supposed' to be a common drop NFG should rule nerfed or otherwise having good wisdom or Intel just doesn't make an item caster only

	Ok, I managed to find 4 scorpian legs at various merchants, put them in his box (unstacked) and clicked combine. I got the 'You can't combine those items in this container type' message, so I tried stacking them all together, but that didn't work either. Just for fun, I also tried 2 stacks of 2, but

	Additionally, Allah's tends to put "level 1" as their requirements on quests that they are sure about yet. Right now, it's hard to be sure about many quests.

	Sit down in the glowing plant. Then when the frost covered hopling appears, it will attack you rather than disappearing. I was easily able to kill it at lvl 12 with my pet, btw.

	The effect is nice, but the name is kind of disgusting. IMO, one of the best uses for this would be to save for getting away from a fight you're losing, particularly soloing. Snare and run for the zone. Would come in handy for soloing Hill Giants and such. Of course, throw in a pair of jboots,

	Actually, yes, as long as it is not resisted, it is a 21/29 weapon. If it is resisted a bit it goes down a bit til if it is resisted totally its just 16/29. 	These dropped for us last night in Maidens Eye. They came off of a level 60 worm. He doesnt seem to resist anything very well, as our slows, dots, etc all stuck on him. Although he had a whole lot of hps, he didnt seem to hit very hard for his level. The highest hit we took was in the 170s altho

	ive done all the iksar pike quests waiting for the next upgrade &lt;8( and waiting and waiting and they wonder why there aint many iksar warriors not only do we struggle thru without plate armour till we can start getting planar stuff the didnt even get round to finishing the pike quests bah

	Arbo dropped a Shimmering Mace. 6/24 +6 wis, +5 vsMagic, +5 vsPois. Had a unique look, the cleric in the group decided she'd like it. No plate armor dropped, but 2 no rent swords did from Miller. (And of course the two pieces needed to combine into the Cloak of Truth)

	ok, I am up to the tongues part of the quest. I am just wondering what the combine for rogues is is it baking? is it pottery? is is poison making? my cloak went from baking % to to a pottery % to. I am confused. my baking is currently 79 and I dont know if I should raise it higher. any help is

	I've read if you complete this quest you lose faction with 'the truth' as a anti-farming thing. If you assist someone if the final battle, will you also lose your faction making the quest undoable for you?
