Think of it like this, the weight is 3 and there is no strength bonus... Thats all you have to do. This is a very good item because it has all these stats and good AC for a cloak. Only class that it isn't for is a Monk. |

Got one last night..its Awsome with haste and when your not primary tank. Did a 346 crit last night, and today am gonna try this sweet axe with MIGHTY STRIKE or FURIOUS, it has to rock;)

Finally I can solo effectively. Debuff, pet (not earth =]), snare, nuke, move until pet gets aggro, nuke, rinse repeat. You could do this before but trouble was finding some mobs slow enough for the pet to be really effective. Even with Expedience pets are still hooribly slow.

It's a no drop item. I've traveled through Grimling Forest. Most the stuff cons green to me at 56, but there are a few light blues. From the damage mobs were doing to me I'd guess it's a zone designed for 35-45 lvl players. Plus this drops off a named mob. I won't argue that it would be decent |

I searched high and low. The loc losted for him does not even seem possible for the zone. I checked all the guards quaters and he was never in any of them, and I could never ever track him, so I haven't even confirmed seeing him yet. Can anyone tell me HOW to get to his bed? |

Personally, I think that the new "Recommended Level" is just like the other item restrictions: class, and race. If you're not small, you can't wear a dwarven ringmail tunic. If you're not large, you can't wear trakanasaur hide armor. If you're not a ranger, you can't wear etched ivy arm |

Now Monks can fear kite just like the Necros and Shadow Knights.
Even though my instill doubt is at 200 the fear isn't as reliable as the cast version ( it might kick in 33% of the time if I am very lucky) haveing this item set on a hot key will make life for soloing monks a touch easyer 8-)

If you hail Master Barkham in the armory he says something about looking for work. You reply "I am looking for work" and he will give you the shield frame, no need to buy it. Maybe not a big deal for some people but the loot in Shar Vahl leaves someting to be desired so not paying 3 gold |
