	Maybe the breastplate cannot be looted unless you are lvl 50+. This would stop guild twinking, like bringing a lvl 1 to ToV and let him loot dragon drops.

	Uncommon, I think, but probably not rare. I suspect they're dropping off all the post-newbie MoBs that drop rusty weapons. From the Centurions in Greater Faydark, I've gotten two of these plus a Rusty Claw (MNK/BST, Hand-to-Hand, 3/24 ... Haven't tried sharpening it yet).

	some great weapons drop in maiden's besides this one. there's a 41/51 2h axe, and some other very nice one handers. for a 52 war wielding an argent defender(go ahead and laugh now :P) this is the place to be.

	it means that if you're not 50+, you won't be able to equip it...the same way with the club of the ice ocean off of lodizal. so you can't twink with this, or anything i've seen drop from umbral.

	these drop of fungoids not sporlings..any thing else as well as all othere spore soverd stuff i got a full suit in about a hour BP is not bad was able to give my Kitty bard a full suit.

	wtf, it may not have smite, but for you twinkers out there this would probably be easier to get (rarity wise) than wu's trance sticks. Hell, everything in DP is green to 56 besides some red quest mobs.

	everyone says 10 hp is nothing after low levels. it's not. it's 10hp. 10hp here, 15hp there, a few stamina on that, and it can add up to enough to make a difference. Besides, you run faster at 50hp than at 40. The perfect counter is, how much is 2dex going to change your proc rate? Very little

	20 Ac.. and its almost weightless.. Beastlords would love this mask.. most beastlord races don't have very high INT so their skills go up horribly slow.. usually pretty low mana.. and beastlords use Cha the same way Shamans do. Its also perfect for bards.. most bards aren't typically uber strong.. s

	There may be a very simple explanation for mentioning Scorpialis: It is a MAGIC weapon and, as I to my surprise just discovered, the frost covered hopling is immune to non-magic weapons.
