I see 2 possiblities.
1. It's simply wrong and will be fixed at a later date... lol
2. These are going to be part of a quest. Now, far from me to tempt fate, but perhaps some kind NPC will 'fix' the item for you and apply some needle and thread to change the INT to WIS?

Ok not immediately obvious, but a very nice situational item for Necros who need to do a spot of Crowd Control. The 40 Cha will help immensely with ST and Undead Charms, the +15% Alteration is nice (most of our spells use Alteration) and with the new raised INT/Mana this thing gives you another 90 m |

at 60 for warrior its 6hp per sta, its class based so i don't know the others...i'd say 5 maybe? for the hybrids and 4 for cleric...thats total guessing though hehe

Sounds to me like it should allow you to summon a necro pet, maybe like the Brazier from upper guk. Well, anyway...it doesn't.
As a item, not too bad...a little like the Velious Frost Ring in INT caster stats, but with something for the Priests too. Could make a very nice ring for midlevel hybrid |

Longer than casting the spell itself for sure. Any newer items with a clickable are like that. Since this is for classes who already get camo the only use is as a lazy convenience when you have plenty of time to cast it.
I guess the cloak is kinda good for a ranger anyway so thats nice.

Regular dropping cheap items in the game are WAY better than this stuff.. omg.. 6 ac???? God at least if they were going to have ac so low they should have doubled the wis and hp and added some REAL resists. 2 of each?? ahaha. |

Hmm, it IS tough to work out what this recommended level thing is about. Certainly the 'anti-twinking' thoery doesn't hold water...how can you twink with no drop gear?
Tenre's theory seems to be the most likey imho, so that's what I'll be working on for now.

Spawn time has been nerfed to 19min 30sec now. (Whole camp is on this spawn time now).
Pestle still drops however. As well as some smudged rune items. Bone spear & 1 other I forget off hand (at work now).

I just bought one of these from EC Tunnel for 250 plat. Boy am I happy after seeing the pricing data. Str, Sta, amd Wis makes this a great Ranger weapon. Looks like a Swiss Hammer when equiped under old graphics.
