Want to stop twinking? Do something similar to what AO did (except with EQ, it would be more strict) and put a stat limit on armor/weapons.

Stats on the Cloak are AC 15, Str 10, Dex/Cha 5, Wis 8, and a +5% meditation modifier. Weight on it's 13, tho.

I like how they are trying to reduce the amount of twinks... On PvP servers its kinda stupid seeing guys running around with fungis at lvl 20... The reason why Sullon Zek is the best pvp server is because if you want to twink you have to pay an additional $10-15 a month for another account... Twinks |

Yep, found one on a froglok bounder in Swamp of nohope while doing a quest with my SK alt. I just wear them around Cab for the look though, lucky if i can do over 10 dmg with it. |

i'm assuming that this drops from the guards, and if so, i'd have to say the answer is a resounding no.
with my 35 druid all the vah shir guards con a crimson, blood red. i believe the guards are all lvl 50 or so

i know the club of the ice ocean (off lodizal) has always been non-equipable till 51+ too, so verrant is just adding more things with restrictions. it's a good thing...i always hated how every time we did an icewell raid, we'd have 3 groups of level 1-20 people constantly begging to loot the royal |

I found the best way to get lot's of Young Rockhoppers to spawn to speed things up, is kill EVERYTHING that even looks like it might think about moving. Once I started a general slaughter of every scorp and beetle, I got both claws in under 20 minutes.

Nice at the lower level sure, even nicer in the higher levels. It has int and saves verus magic, fire and cold. But I am sure everyone who is 45+ can afford those velium rings that gives saves verus everything. |
