It doesn't affect your skill increase or success rate, it affects your skill directly. So if your JC was at 250, one of thee would make it 262 or 263, basically its for (at least this is the only thing I can see it for) making the not-trivial-at-250 Velium and imbued stuff have a higher success rat |

Could you please give the type of owlbear you found the guts on? i have been killing ever kind of owlbear for 3 days now and all i have found a a small fang or claw of some sort, fatty owlbear meat, and some moss stuff that is no drop...PLEASE HELP!! |

Slight correction: The damage on the weapon dropped by the Mature Fungoids (forget the name of it) is 6, not 5.
Also, I wanted to add that the Mature Fungoids almost always drop a piece of Spore Covered Armor, in addition to the H2H weapon. I've killed 5 and 4 have dropped pieces of armor.

The reason they can't use it is because shamans use spears... and this is a dagger. Either way i really don't think ranting on a spoiler site item page will do anything ;)

I've done the quest 4 times and wearing the collar half of the city is still dubious. Midst not included. Even my guild leaders are Dubi. I was told doing some of the Midst quests and the Gemmed hilt quest will raise them, but not gonna make the run to Katta at 26. We'll see. |
