Very true. I would guess that a 75 lifetap would actually be a problem in a raid situation. Depending on how much taunt it creates, it might actually limit the usefulness of this great item to monks / beastlords who are tanking, soloing, healing themselves from weak creatures when the healer is OOM, |

I would have to say that for only 6ac, and OMG ..... *shrink*, 9k is just a bit too high for these.
I would rather spend 2-4k for shimmering terror hide boots (if bst can wear- havent checked)
if you want shrink, either get someone to shrink you, or buy shrink potions.

Where is Aderyn Goldleaf? I looked everywhere for this guy. I had him on track to a particular building. I circled all around this building. I looked on ever floor and he was not there. Is there an underground area to this city that I don't know about? |

Moss you looking for, is a ground spawn in "The Pit" - underneath bridges to other zone - it looks like black redish in color, it shares same graphic with "lump of clay( which needed for shaman quest, I heard )",but when you pick the right one it looks like some kind of plant.

Just a newsflash. I run with 512 megs of RAM (I have over 600 megs, but Verant suggests if you use Windows 98, to turn it DOWN (LOL!) to 512 (or risk crashing). I have a 32 meg Nvidia graphics card. An Athlon 700mhz computer. DirectX 8.1. A lightning-fast cable connection.

I did a self test, I dont know how accurate I am. But self testing I used a 5% med skill item. my personal results were.
Without manna modifiers-OOM to FM 14 minutes 9 seconds
With med item and all same stats
OOM to FM 13 minutes 53 seconds
Second testing produced the same results or close to.

I don't remember stats but Ive seen an Idol a lot like this drop of one of those alien looking Umbrol Toiler type things. "Grodans Idol" but I cant remember stats at all.

I agree that it's certainly not useless, and it's an awesome resistance item, but the person you just told to "Goto ToV sometime" is a member of Vindication, one of the top 3 guilds on Druzzil Ro, and I assure you they kill in ToV quite often. So I assure you he/she knows all about ToV.

Veil drop is about as rare as a PSC.. I have killed nearly 300 of these and gotten 1.
Spells no longer drop from them either.
Just mushroom parts that sell for ~6pp each |

They really need to fix this guy..so long risk vs reward.
The idea is good, have him summon 20 or so guys with him for an interesting fight.
The problem is..you can easily train him to the zone, and he stays there. So no friends, just a regular unslowable guy who barely hits for over 300.

Yeah, the Unicorns ruled! I was also a big fan of the shape shifters... they were rather nifty. I played Archon on a C64, still the best gaming platform ever, IMHO ;) |

i'm running on a 1984 Amiga sprint, a 12mghz demon with 2mb of ram and a 30mb hard drive. AND it runs awsome, even luclin, with all the goodies turned up. go buy an amiga, it was made for this game. cheerio |
