If i use this with my Vah Shir (warrior's) cloak, which gives +1% smithing, do I get 6% or just the best bonus of one item? Basically will the percentage bonuses stack?

Most locks that are in significant places require 201 skill to pick. You can get your 200th point around lv 40 (not sure), but you cannot gain the 201st point till you ding 51. It would seem that this item would let you pick a 51+ door BEFORE you are 51!

If you go to the Loda Kai camp, the camp spawns in two shifts, 1st shift is all skells (prolly night time), the 2nd shift is all human spawns. I continuously pulled from both shifts, and from what I've seen, only the human forms (Brigands) drop the broken skulls.

I dont know if being a paladin helps being an ally to the dwars, but i killed a lot of gnolls and goblins on the way there. I am Erudite so not a natural friend to the dwarfs as far as i know so keep on killing goblins. You dont see the faction changes but i think they really are there. |

I don't see a change in the # of times I hit something when I load up on DEX. I do get more crits, but I don't hit more.
