Fungi Tunic will still be a twinkers/uber choice, for soloing. The Gold Threaded Tunic for raids, if you were lucky enough to get one. I'm still kicking myself for not running through two zones to pick one up. |

Actually a BA medallion is 6 int and wis -- but 25 mana is definitely nothing to turn your nose up at, even now that the 200 int/wis soft cap has been loosened. |

Where can I find the Hoppers that drop these: 2 Young Hopper Claws - I have not seen them drop on any of the Needle Hoppers.

Well I was camped there early Sunday morning, and the named one's were spawning like mad.
It was 2 monks and myself. I looted 6 items and the monks looted 3-4 items all within 2 hours or less.
So I think they did nerf the drops since the last patch. |

Bards do use int for mana calculation. What most people don't realise unless they play a high-level bard themselves, is that bards only have 2 songs that uses mana. One is Denon's Desperate Dirge, which is a totally useless 450'ish hp AE nuke for 800 mana. Personally, at level 55, my mana pool is 12 |
