No - the Priestess Tarafol is where many evil players hunt in Echo Caverns. I would think this was just sold to the vendor you saw it on.
Some of those vendores dont have many standard items to sell so seeing anything high on the inventory does not mean much. |

When I saw him say "owlbear guts" for lute strings, I checked my inventory and low-and-behold, I had 5 no-drop "owlbear tendons" that looked like strings. So I set out and spent a couple hours collecting 3 more, all to find out that these did NOT combine.

This quest seems to be a bit buggy, but it all works out OK. Here is what happened to me...
I managed to make the two sweetwaters at a skill of 28 (2 out of 3 tries). Combine the two sweetwaters in the Cask that Fehril gives you, it turns into a cask of sweetwater.

The AC is pathetic for any self respecting SK. Necro's need int AND hps for liching. Many necro's including myself wear hooded black cloaks...for a necro this would be an upgrade to an HBC, while for an SK this would be a step down from the HBC due to lack of AC. |
