I'm currently dubious and i'm sure I've turned in close to 80 helms without a faction improvement. Has anyone been able to get above dubious yet? |

You show none of the NPCs or mobs that are in the hidden cave behind the sliding rock (approx. +1000,-725) to the RIGHT as you enter Echo Caverns.
This cave is an obvious outpost since it is populated by merchants and guild vender/trainers.

actually yer prolly thinking of the students homework, which is still a good peice of gear at the level range you can get it which is about 35ish. find it very useful till around the mid/high 50s when you get can the stone idol.

I picked up this helm last night and I must say it is very sweet. Dark green and encompasses the head, leaving the face mostly open. The AC, Wis and Magic Resistance were a nice upgrade form my 37 Cleric. Also got the bp, they look very good together. |

Had a buddy who destroyed his cloak.. here is how we fixed it..
I ran through the whole quest.. and when i came back to the trainer gave him ONLY my letter.. then my friend gave HIS acrylia slate and TA DA!!! he got a new cloak.. sooo if you need a cloak.. get a buddy to make a temporary toon.

If you got the sewing kit (aka stiching pack) and the handwrap pattern, I suggest heading to Shadeweaver's Thicket to do the rest of the quest.
Here is what you need to make the handwraps:
3 shadeling bandages (2 shadeling silks = 1 shadeling thread, 2 shadeling threads = 1 bandage)

I just got a Iron Tipped Wand from a Darkened Rockhopper, like the Statuette its magic,lore,droppable, no stats

I keep reading how hybrids wan't the stats more than the mana regen, or how this would be given first dibs to the casters, and how mana is just icing on the cake for us.

This item might not necisarily be the best thing in the world, but with this quest and the armor quest out in the thicket i made lvl 10 in 2 days. Its just a good way to keep your self occupied :) if i was lvl 10 and a newbie i would wet my self over this :L) |

Not that rapiers/normal daggers/spears are used in any way, shape or form in similar manners.
Daggers are held either reversed (blade extended down from the bottom of the fist) and used as a blocking/slashing weapon or held upright and brought upwards from down low in a gutting maneuver.
