It seems like they've removed the "soft cap" of 200 Wis/Int.
I haven't heard if this has been verified yet, but I will probably test it out myself soon enough. |

When i fought him his weapon proced on me for 75pts damage. So i would guess it is a 75dd firebased proc. Anyone got any idea of how much these talons are going for?

to the left of the bridge when you do from town theres a lizard men canp with lvl 3-5 lizardmen. one of the spawns if lizardmen mystic's they drop the dolls i think its 1/5 of the times. the dolls are no drop and give +3 charisma. the mystics cast blind all the time :) |

I'm not completely sure what lvl the zone is, but my lvl 49 chanter friend groups there. And my lvl 56 magician friend solos there. So i'm guessing lvls 45-60 could hunt there.
