wrong, anything wielded in mainhand is effected by the damage bonus stated on it. ie if your 1hs weapon has a damage bonus of 6, then the least damage you can do with that weapon will be 7 points of damage, if it is in your mainhand. in offhand though, you will still be able to do 1 points of damage |

techinally, one could camp these....most of the zones in which the shadowed men have camps also have merchants...if you got a way to keep sow on, a quick run to the merchants and back would definitely be worth it if these things really sell for 400 a pop...think i'll be trying this for myself |

Will definitely replace my Sarnak Earring of Station if I can get my hands on one of these. Take 4sta 6dex over 5str any day. Tiny Silver Guilded on the other ear, I'd keep the hp/mana over 5str on that slot too... |

Be careful. The critters that look like giant bugs are friends to the Dwarves and guards. I was KOS to the bugs but not to the NPC's. The buggs attacked me and the NPC guards joined in to kill me. Sorry can't remember the name of them but conned ready to attack so BE CAREFUL if they attack you. |

We got Brown Chitin Sleeves off Warlord Tk'kik'tthik which are not very good (I've submitted them) so I imagine this spear is his uncommon/rare drop. He's yellow con to level 60, but not very tough really.

Damage bonus varies with character. If an L10 monk took that screenie, it would have no damage bonus at all; if an L50 monk took that screenshot it'd be a damage bonus in the neighborhood of 10-12ish. |

The "Cloak" Quillmane drops is actually a shoulder item, however misleading the name may be.
It has a +6 or +7 dex on it, wt 5.0, all/all, unlimited lev (about 6 sec cast time, clickable from inventory, and does not require a batwing component).

At the level this item would be attainable, a shammy would be more than capable of getting your sta maxxed out (gnomes and elves possible exceptions). Thus the increased AC, pure HP, and minor resists on this item would make it a no-brainer for any raiding tank.

Does it really matter. I'd be happy to equip this in my neck slot in place of my Ivory Imbued Collar. Though, I'd have to think seriously bout replacing my Idol of the Thorned in favor of it. Either way; I'd keep it for rand Resists on ToV raids, etc. |
