i mean, im a lvl 8 warrior dwarf, and i cant even touch the guys, i mean, WOW, even when i have a lot of buffs on, i do absolutely no damage and im killed in like 1-4 hits. could someone tell me why this is?

couple of questions dunno if you can answer...
what is the effect on NPCs exactly? does it effectively bump your faction standing up a level? If so, does this work off Luclin (I'm guessing yes from the it works everywhere exclamation). if so, I think this is probably an incredibly powerful reward |

These drop off Goranga's in The Maiden's Eye. They seem to be mostly in the low 50s. There were a few that were level 56 (Seers) and 1 that conned even to me at 58. However the 2 idols that we got dropped off of the lower level garonga's, unfortunetly I can't remember if they came from the gatherer' |

If it has an effect akin to the Enchanter Alliance-line of spells, then it will not bring KOS NPCs up to threatening. For some reason, faction-changing spells don't work on NPCs who are already KOS (maybe it's just that when casting on them, my invis drops and they just go out and kill me...hmmm?)

Ouch!! 12damage with a 15 bonus to strength. man i would hate to be the creature that got backstabbed by this thing. hehe.
p.s. not saying it should go to a rogue, just saying that it would be real painful in the hands of a rogue. |

I agree. Since it's all / all, great way for those non-RBF classes to grab some saves. AC is nice, and the inclusion of wisdom makes this very attractive to Wis-casters. However, anyone would do well to own one of these. |

NO, The amulet *DOES* change your faction. It's is even listed on the amulet that it does so. In fact when wearing it, I go from apprehensive to indifferent or from dubious to apprehensive. This amulet improves your faction when worn. |
