Confirmed. I've hunted there 2 nights (roughly 12 hours in total, weekends :) and my group(s) got about 10 gems. Crushed Flame Opal was one of them.
Too bad 2 others I got were Crushed Diamond Dust and Crushed Emerald.

It is entirely possible that Verant has slowed or removed those spawns along with the Loot coding. Perhaps a tracker can confirm their presence or absence. The other possibility is that there are now farmers killing them as the spawn.

You are thinking of "Undead Bishop's pet". Undead Bishop is one of the rare spawns at the chessboard. He is a necromancer, and immediately after spawning summons up his necro skellie pet. The pet, like most pets, doesn't drop jack, not even bone chips. |

PvP ... dispells SUCK, therefore, everyone uses them. If that sow gets dispelled ... you could be in for a load of sh*t. J-boots fix this. You don't want to waste those few seconds casting SoW if you COULD just click a button and be almost as fast again. |
