Reimbusement Being Given for Empty Ticket Chests
For over a month now, players have noticed that ticket chests, and even some pet treasure chests, have been opened to reveal no item inside. Yesterday the reason this problem was occurring was officially determined. A maximum limit was placed on certain items, such as necklaces, rings and shards. Due to this change, whenever a treasure chest attempted to reward a duplicate, nothing was granted to the player.
Referees are requesting that players affected by this problem submit a ticket with at least one date or time frame in which the opening of an empty chest occurred. This will allow the Referees to track down how many Treasure Tickets need to be reimbursed to you. They are also requesting that you do not spend any more tickets at the Royal Vault until the bug is fixed, which is expected to happen in the next patch.
