The planned maintenance for today has been delayed with no ETA as of yet. The focus of this downtime is supposed to be the Live Gamer beta for members, general bug fixes and the official end of the Super Spooktacular. Once ZAM gets an update on the new time we'll keep you informed!

Assuming that you mean your Free Realms account, you will have to attempt to contact SOE regarding your account issues. Try the SOE Account and Billing Issues forum, or you may have to submit a ticket.
