The Heroes of the Storm event was, at first, an odd thing. Being in LA up in the mountains around non-descript buildings, sand-laden parking lots and boring landscapes was nothing to write a symphony about. The parking lot for YouTube was small, so I was directed to an overflow lot. Nothing lept out of me saying "This is YouTube, folks, we're kind of a big deal," so it was safe to say that anonymity was important. However, the next place I went was enough to include in this article.
The battle for the Nexus rages on as we creep closer to the official launch day of Heroes of the Storm! With the game set to release to the public on June 2nd, Blizzard has revealed its HotS Starter Pack to give new players a handful of heroes to help them begin their journey to gold and glory.
There’s a new kid in the competitive gaming scene. Announcing Bandai Namco Games’ free-to-play title Supernova, an RTS MOBA hybrid set in a sci-fi battle between humans and cyborgs.
Since the transition into Closed Beta and the release of the Heroes of the Storm Founder's Pack, Blizzard's upcoming MOBA has seen waves of new players jumping into the game and checking out the Nexus for themselves. If you've been enjoying crushing your opponents as your favorite Blizzard heroes, the team has announced a few upcoming skins that may help you look even flashier while doing so.

Following the announcement of the upcoming Heroes of the Storm holiday skins, Blizzard has revealed character model updates and master skins for everyone's favorite Archdruid and Rockstar: Malfurion and E.T.C. While the previous models for these two heroes still made sense with the game's art-style, the team is making efforts to bring out greater portrait quality, face definition and character textures to many of the game's current heroes as development progresses.
Additionally, holding true to the goal of giving every hero an unlockable "Master Skin", the upcoming skins for Malfurion and E.T.C finally make an appearance as seen in the video below.

Right on time for the holiday season, Blizzard gives us a sneak peak at the upcoming Winter Veil skins/mounts and Altered Fate skins that are making their way to Heroes of the Storm. Among these new seasonal additions are the "Great-Father Winter Rehgar" skin, a Reign-Deer mount, a "Betrayer Malfurion" skin, a "Warden Tyrande" skin and—last but not least—a "Winter Veil Jaina" skin.

The BlizzCon Heroes of the Storm "Deep Dive" panel concluded and we received a glimpse at what the team is currently developing for the game, as well as a first look at some exciting plans for the future.
The very first Heroes of the Storm BlizzCon Brawl, featuring YouTube personalities from across the net, ended with Team "Low Expectations" surpassing just about everyone's expectations, allowing them to take the victory over Team ROCKETJUMP.
As expected, the BlizzCon 2014 Opening Ceremony was filled with awesome reveals, including a Heroes of the Storm "Features Trailer" that previews some exciting additions making their way to Blizzard's upcoming hero brawler.
Jaina Proudmoore, Thrall and the Lost Vikings will be making their to the game as playable new heroes. Additionally, two new Battlegrounds are also featured–Skytemple and the Temple of the Spider Queen.
