Lost Atlantis, the new expansion for Angels Online, has been released in conjunction with the launch of a new server, Atlantis. You can download the full client or update patches here for free.

In celebration, the Angels Online team will be hosting various events throughout the month. A leveling contest will be held until Oct. 23 where the top six players with the highest level from each server will be presented with abundant rewards. Also, the first player who can reach level 100 will obtain a Yelo Fast Seahorse from the officials.

From Oct. 19-21, a GM will exchange Angel Coins for players' useless equipment as part of a waste recycling program. Check here for dates and times for each server.

The Angels Online team has released a comprehensive guide for the technician profession. Technicians, also known as Artists, can create fuel, trinkets, wands and decorations. According to IGG, this profession is a good choice for aspiring millionaires in the game.

IGG has just announced that Lost Atlantis, the newest expansion for Angels Online, will be released in October . Eager players can download the game client and expansion patch now at the official Web site in preparation for the big day.

To celebrate the upcoming release of the expansion, the Angels Online team is hosting a "Sprint to Atlantis" event from Sept. 29 at 1 a.m. EDT to Oct. 6 at 9 p.m. Players will be given the opportunity to earn numerous rewards for leveling their characters. The Angels Online team just sent us an update on some of the new equipment in the upcoming expansion "Atlantis". Check out what they had to say:

"In the new expansion, players can obtain superior equipment through many different ways. More than that, they can enhance their weapons with the help of the Gleaming Weapon system. All new weapons and new equipment are relative to the 14 professions in game".
