The September 2014 Feature Pack releases for Guild Wars 2 next week on Tuesday, September 9. ArenaNet has slowly been revealing the new features coming with the update in themed blog posts. The first week of reveals was all about the competitive side of GW2 while week two looked at the new player and leveling experiences. This week, ANet looked at how players are Collecting and Trading items in game.

The September 2014 Feature Pack is less than two weeks away for Guild Wars 2. This week, ArenaNet unleashed another set of reveals under the topic "A Fresh Start" that focused on improvements to different areas of the game including a major focus on the new player and leveling experiences.

The 2nd Feature Pack for Guild Wars 2 is releasing on September 9. As with the first Feature Pack that released earlier this year, ArenaNet is releasing the details of what features are going to be released with the pack slowly over the course of multiple days. Today was the last reveal for the first week of reveals, rightfully called Competitive week due to the focus on features targeted at the two PvP game modes, Structured PvP and World vs World (WvW).

With the International All-Star Tournament kicking off at Gamescom, ArenaNet has announced that the next Feature Pack release will be coming September 9th. Alongside this announcement is the announcement for the new World Tournament Series PvP tournament. While the International All-Star Tournament is the first worldwide Guild Wars 2 tournament, the World Tournament Series will be the first worldwide tournament with cash prizes at stake.

Guild Wars 2: The Dragon's Reach Part 2

The Dragon's Reach: Part 2 releases as the latest episode in Guild Wars 2's Living World Season 2. Players will be able to attend the summit, but not all of the leaders will be present. In this episode, players will also be able to gain new rewards including growing the Mysterious Vine backpiece from last patch into an ascended or infused version as well as the introduction of the first Living World Reward Track in sPvP, the Arid Region Reward Track which will "unlock Season 2 rewards".

The Dragon's Reach: Part 2 will release next week as the 4th episode in Guild Wars 2's Living World Season 2. A historic summit between the races is about to take place in the shadow of Mordremoth's reach, but not all of the world leaders have agreed to attend. Will the summit help convince allies to come together, or will lingering tensions spell Tyria's doom?

The Dragon's Reach: Part 1 launches today for Guild Wars 2 as the latest episode in Season 2 of the Living World. Mordremoth's minion have stretched even farther as all of Tyria must come to understand this dire, new threat. In this patch, players will need to work with allies old and new to unite the world's races against it.

ArenaNet has released a teaser trailer for the next episode of Guild Wars 2's Living World Season 2. The Dragon's Reach: Part 1 will release next Tuesday, July 29th.
