As per Roshen's post on the official Daybreak forums:

DBG has announced it will perform a general maintenance beginning at 4:00 AM PST on Tuesday, November 10, 2015  The estimated downtime is a minimum of 4 hours, depending on service and how fast they can kickstart the hampsters when it's over.

This maintenance will impact the following Daybreak services across all games:

• Game logins for all Daybreak games
• Forum & Web logins for all Daybreak games
• Commerce and account management for all Daybreak games

Because this is just General Maintenance, there will be no patch notes or updates.

We're getting reports of broken recipes on some older cultural armor recipes, specifically the Fine Seafarer's that was originally a human-made set a few other races could equip. If you have knowledge of the making of this armor (and other races' comparable sets) and/or a willingness to try recipes out please post under the respective items and verify they can be still be made (or if you can point to a patch where they were all removed from the game or given new recipes).
