I've been playing this game like crazy for the last few weeks (since I'm only taking 6 credits over the summer), and I'm on Chapter 18. Anyone else playing this, and what sort of fun things did you do that I may not have thought of? Any DLC maps that are fun to do? I have Golden Gaffe, EXPonential Growth, and Infinite Regalia.
Cool skill loadouts I've done:
Avatar (M) as Dark Knight/Grandmaster
- Forged Silver Sword/Arcthunder
- Focus
- Lifetaker
- Renewal
- Ignis
- Solidarity (going to replace this with Counter when I get it)
Lucina as Great Knight - Ancestors: Chrom + Sumia
- Parallel Falchion/Silver Axe/Short Axe
- Aether
- Dual Strike+
- Renewal
- Rightful King
- Galeforce
Morgan as Trickster - Ancestors: Avatar (M) + Lucina
- Forged Silver Sword/Mend
- Renewal
- Lifetaker
- Aether
- Ignis
- Galeforce
All three can clear a map by themselves (so I'm not too worried about beating the rest of the story missions because these guys are so strong it's ridiculous).

There exists a guide for at least one Fire Emblem game where you can follow the exact turn by turn actions to get a guaranteed result. It's essentially an incredibly boring choose your own adventure book. F this series.

That doesn't surprise me, but using one of those guides is like reading through a puzzles book while looking at the answers in the back. You could do it, but why would you? The only people I can imagine using those are the type that play on Lunatic/Maniac difficulty (i.e. not me).
I like pumping up characters and then running around slaughtering my enemies in the most overpowered way possible.
