Next adventure, my players will find themselves infiltrating an orcish army in order to depose the current warlord. While a big part of that is going to be two one-on-one fights(I'm having the players control the other's opponent), an even bigger part is learning about what the warlord has done to upset his people while leading them to serve the fiends they're now working with. I need at least four potential grievances, though more would be better. Here's what I have so far:
-He's forcing the orcs to take up demon worship, while they used to worship ancestral spirits and Gorum, the god of war.
-He's given all of the orcish women to the fiends in order to produce fast growing half-fiend soldiers. They've taken prisoners from villages they've razed to help fill the void, but it's not the same.
Any suggestions for possible things a power-mad orcish leader might do that would give my players ammunition for turning his army against him?
