You see the joke is that Josuke has an extra set of ********* and amnesia from everything before a few days ago. He is approximately twenty years old. It would have been more appropriate to post there, but I realize absolutely no one would have gotten the joke. So instead I posted it here and explained the entire context surrounding it.

The original proposition was that you would lose twenty years of your life and gain an extra set of balls. In the sotry is possible that the other character Josuke merge with lost his set of balls, but it's quite unlikely that he gained twenty years of his/her life as well. It would not be a complete reversal, because it only meets a single criterion.
