If you haven't seen it yet, watch it.

I ended up giving it an 8/10.

I was a bit wary of watching a 50 episode series, as they tend to drag on for no real reason, but I found the show to be enjoyable throughout.

The soundtrack is pretty good, generally pretty spot on for the scene (especially the comedic moments).

Character development is great, with some characters being very noticeably different at the end of the show, while a clear progression is noted as the series goes on.

The animation/art is about what you'd expect from a show that aired ~6 years ago. I particularly enjoyed the animation for the few mind-@#%^ scenes, they did a very good job with those.

Oh, also, while mechas are important to the story, they aren't as emphasized as in a show like Gundam, or TTGL.

I've just started watching Eureka Seven AO, but I'm treating it like a stand alone, seeing as it's a sequel based on the alternate version that was shown in the Eureka 7 movie.

From what I've read, and skimmed through in the movie, I don't like the alternate story, but maybe AO will be a decent watch.

It's always looked like it could be pretty good, but I'm not sure if it's on Netflix for me to watch. Either way, I am looking for something new to check out since it doesn't seem like there's much interest in another Anime Book Club.

I decided to watch Monster, but I couldn't find it on Netflix on the PS3, so I ended up starting Chevalier d'Eon. Oddly, I find Monster no problem still on my queue via the PC.
