I need something to watch to keep me from giving in to the temptation to watch the entirety of Heroic Age this week. So let's figure out what other anime to watch.

If this is a little slow for you Poldaran, then I wouldn't mind doing another show on the side for just you and me (NOT GAY) on the side.
I'm thinking one of the ones that didn't get a single vote on the poll would be a good place to start.

Pretty sure he has, but you should really watch it. It's very excellent.

I wasn't too excited about any of the other shows in the poll to be honest. Monster isn't a bad suggestion, though Spoonless is right in that I have already seen it. I'd leave it on the table, but tend to prefer expanding my library over rewatching good series.

How about Eden of the East?

I just finished that one a week or so ago, actually. Though you should totally watch it. Hrm. How about any of these? I think I have them on discs around the house somewhere and never finished(or in some cases, started) them.

-Angel Beats
-My Bride is a Mermaid
-Murder Princess

I'm also sure there are more that I might have access to via Netflix that simply never made the list, so feel free to throw out other suggestions. I'll check when I get home.

Enjoyable but also seen it. I'll do a quick read up on the ones Poldaran just posted. For quick reference on what I've seen, here's my MAL.

Edit: Huh. Stand Alone Complex is on your list of "To Watch" and I think my roommate has that one too. Might be one to consider. Also, My Bride is a Mermaid is also known as Seto No Hanayome, which is on your list of "To Watch" as well.

I really liked SAC. It was a pretty good mixed bag. It's on Netflix, as well.

You haven't seen Angel Beats? You should, it's one of my favorite series.

I'd do either of those.

Shall we decide it by coin toss, then?

Mermaid mafia marriage it is.

Edit: How many episodes of this one we wanna shoot for a week, considering we've already got Heroic Age on our plates? I can probably do up to 2 a day(excluding Sundays), but with the other series, as few as 4 a week should be fine too.

It's going to be a bit before I have the first few episodes. How about just 1/day or 7/week?

I'm down with that. Especially since we have the other one to keep up with. If those two aren't enough, I've been finding myself kinda wanting to rewatch Strawberry Panic, so I'll just do that as filler.

I could really do without Nagasumi going all squee-mode over Masa twice an episode. I forgot* how bad it was. Smiley: laugh

*I watched a few episodes years back.

So, you know about this, but still claim Masa as most awesome?

That's the image that made me want to see this show in the first place, once I TVTroped and found out what was going on. Didn't make it that far last time, sadly.
