Days off schedule at work and a pay cut for travel time. Good comes with the bad I guess.

I was starting to get used to the 7 and 7 schedule we were working. 7 days on, and 7 more days on. Apparently a schedule has been decided on, that is not the industry standard 15 and 6. We will see this week sometime, what exactly it is. From the sounds of things it may be a 16 and 5 or a 10 and 3 or some ****.

Add in a pay cut for crew truck travel rate to 15 dollars an hour and it's enough to make me want to rip my hair out. Best be seeing a raise soon if they expect me to keep working illegal hours and larger equipment than my current wage was negotiated for.

I am pretty sure that none of it will matter in the long run though, because any second now the universe should be imploding because my boss actually made a decision.
