A good "free" workout actually involves gaming and/or TV. It's easier with TV, but you can modify for gaming.

Every commercial break do 15 crunches and 10 pushups, after a while you can bump it up to 10 crunches and 5 pushups per commercial (assuming you know your shows commercial routine). For gaming I do 50 crunches and 30 pushups every hour. It's a bit harder with RPGs, but right now with the 30 second + wait between matches in BF3 I'm doing 20/15. I'm no expert and I'm borderline getting a civilian job because I struggle with the military fitness test, but the above examples at least maintain me enough to keep me above the border ^.^

You may want to vary that up a bit, replacing crunches with planks for every other commercial, for instance. Also inclining or declining your pushups.

There's a build-your-own sushi place near campus that opened about a month ago that's pretty good. Today I went with tuna, bacon (surprisingly good), avocado, cream cheese, and spinach, with "dynamite mayo".

Definately a must to change it up IF your fitness level can handle it. Most people I know suck at planks (I can't figure it out, I can plank all day but suck at pushups... I know I really shouldn't be in the military eh?).

I change up crunches by doing alternating twists or bicycle style, or leg raises, or indian (sorry don't know a PC term) sit ups... for those you do legs crossed indian style and every time you come up you raise an alternating hand in the air like in the crappy B&W westerns when indians say "how".

Pushups I alternate by doing cross overs, dips (reverse pushups), robot pushups (I ******* hate those, there might be another name I dunno... your start in the up position and end up on your elbows and then back up for one rep), and arm raises.

My feet are more hairy than that, not buy much, but really Vataro has normal feet. Poldy is just the weirdo.

Unless he found one of those accidental reflections and realized that Vataro has a hobbit sized ****.

Yes, the non ginger irish have hairy legs and feet.
