I think I probably just need a good stretching regimen or something. I'm 90% sure that my spinal issue comes from poor posture while on a fork lift or in front of a computer.
I recommend buying one of those exercise balls and using that as a computer chair. It does wonders for your posture, no joke. Just hard to get used to.
