Been in a zombie mood, and a fan of fanservice, so I picked it up. Only on episode two, but the purchase was worth it the moment the fat guy was all "Heh. I think I've found my calling."
Just finished episode 5. Fanservice definitely isn't bad enough for me to stop watching. Maybe a little more than I might prefer, but still within reasonable levels, IMO.
They need to do a series like this with an alien invasion premise(similar in feel to Skyline maybe, but perhaps difference in the aliens themselves). You know, some kind of "normal people surviving alien invasion" kinda thing. It could be pretty badass.
HEY GUYS IF WE CATEGORIZE AND SUBCATEGORIZE AND SUBCATEGORIZE THOSE SUBCATEGORIES AND SUBCATEGORIZE THE SUBCATEGORIZATION OF THOSE SUBCATEGORIES, THIS IS THE BEST ITEM THAT FITS IN THAT SUB SUB SUBCATEGORY EVER.
This 11 minute video is better than every HSotD episode combined. Depending on your definition of zombie...
The Walking Dead. First two episodes are some of the best TV out there. Shaun of the Dead Night of the Living Dead Dawn of the Dead (even the remake) Day of the Dead Zombie 2 (that's right, a ****** low budget movie beats this show because a zombie and shark fight). Land of the Dead (Ohhhh low blow) Shit, even Diary of the Dead is better than HS.
Not to be a jerk, but yeah. That's not even counting 28 days/weeks.
Of course, this is all opinion. Well, Land and Diary being better that is.
I can't decide on a show to watch. I have too many pending so I come to you as a supplicant seeking divine answer:
What show do I need to watch?
Brigadoon :
0 (0.0%)
Bakemonogatari:
2 (50.0%)
Shonan Junai Gumi (seen GTO):
0 (0.0%)
Paranoia Agent:
2 (50.0%)
Total:
4
I end up feeling like an idiot some of the time because I have a crap ton of stuff downloaded just sitting, waiting. Then I end up doing something else because I can't make up my mind. Or I grab other series'. [:lesigh:]
Paskil, that's a fairly diverse list. I'd say Paranoia Agent, not because I think you'd like it, b ut because I think it's the most enriching series on that list to watch. Satoshi Kon is a brilliant director and writer, and this stands as his only foray into television. It's a well constructed critique of Japanese modern society along the lines of the superflat movement.
