Apparently I need to learn Spanish. I've come to this realization after arguing with a guy for the last twenty minutes over rates where he spoke almost no English and I speak very tiny bits of Spanish. As far as I can tell, he seems to think that since he got a certain rate last week that he can get the same exact rate today.

The fun part was where he would ask me if I spoke Spanish, then after I said no, would proceed to try to talk to me in Spanish.

Srsly haet working weekends.

Edit: The best part is when I loaded up a translator and asked him to type in whatever the hell he was trying to say and he refused to do it. Smiley: tongue

Alternatively, I could just learn Japanese and start speaking to people who insist to speak Spanish to me in that. It would also help me out when my favorite group of guests, a group of Japanese engineers, is here.

Not that I'd have time to learn enough to be conversational before they start arriving tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm gonna ******* stab someone before tonight is over.

Just had to explain to someone why they couldn't find us despite the fact that they were "by the McDonald's and I remember you were by the McDonald's".

XD

Just start speaking gibberish back at people. It can really set them off, but you may get some good lols.

Just got a call from the guy who covers my shift on the weekends. Apparently one of our day shift people needs remedial training on our system.

Remedial training upside his head. With a crowbar.
