Had a nice one today. I was part of a group of space marines fighting the Slender Man in a cave network that was illuminated by fungus. We had to stay in the light of the fungus, otherwise, we'd be eaten by a grue.

When I was around six, I dreamt I had in some way abused a baby piranha plant (perhaps killed), and that I was then chased and consumed by the mother pirahna plant.

It sounds quite innocent now, but when I was six that haunted me for several nights.

To be honest, that'd haunt me for hours now if I were to dream about it.

I pretty much got all of my nightmares out of the way as a young child. I rarely dream now, and I don't really have nightmares.

I remember being tied to a table and saber sawed down the middle or having my brain vivisected by an alien. It didn't help that I was at least partly lucid dreaming. I was aware it was a dream, and I knew that I could blink my eyes three times to wake myself up, but sometimes it wouldn't work or sometimes they keep me from doing so.

I've had really strange nightmares after 6+ beer.

Like staring at someone cutting their own throat, and me feeling sick and wanting to wake up, but being unable to for a few seconds.

Or.. dreaming that I work an entire day, only to wake up and have to work again (in my mind).

Man, that'd be nice. I have vague recollections of dreams about once or twice a week and get woken up by(and lose sleep to) nightmares at least once a month.

Doesn't help that I have a horribly overactive imagination.

I'm having nightmares about smoking. They aren't really terror filled, but for some reason, I start smoking a cigarette that never runs down. I'm also having a regular one about driving a fork truck into a pole at work (which I did recently).

Nuclear explosions aren't cool to have nightmares about Smiley: frown

It was so vivid too. I was jogging on a bridge or something, felt wind picking up, looked over towards the ocean and saw a tornado forming.

Then, I saw it head towards the other side of the bay or whatever, and rip through an industrial section of the city.

All of a sudden, I see a huge plume of fire go up through the tornado, and then immediately after, a mushroom cloud that was so bright I tried to turn away.

A few seconds later, I felt the heat of the explosion, and then I woke up. Fucking scary ****, man.

The only nightmares I ever have involve chewing my own teeth out of my gums. One morning I woke up and had to make sure all my teeth were still intact.
