Game of Thrones looks noting like the book or series. I are sad.
My friends and I are having a watch party for GoT tonight. It's supposed to be very true to the book, actually. I'm excited.
Let me know if it is (if you have read the book). If isn't let me know if it's good anyways. GRRM's next book in the series is due July 11, and I can't wait.
I've read the first two books (haven't had time for more yet), so I can look at it critically. And I am generally very critical of tv/movie adaptations of books, so I'll be sure to give a full report of my thoughts.
Hmm, Game has potential. It did feel rushed though. I think a two hour premier would have been better. I have a feeling that they really wanted to end the episode with Bran's fall, so they had to pump a lot of content into the first episode. Did anyone else spot GRRM in the wedding scene?

I have no issue with torrenting it, if I like it, I will buy it anyways. I'll probably wait a few episodes before downloading though, unless you want someone in /k/ to chat about it with.

Speaking of books, I wonder if hayden died I haven't seen the sequel to the assassin king and that was out like 3-4 years ago.
