Is the number of non-journal posts I have rated excellent. Can someone direct me to some towers or something?

Are you guys going through and counting them by hand, or is there a simpler way?
By hand, sorting by Rating, then counting pages of them.
Well, it's how I did it anyway. Excluding my thousands of journal posts while I was at it.

Assuming I did this correctly, I have:
4757 Excellent
12654 Good
3842 Decent
45 Default
2 Sub D(visible)

So I realized I forgot Decent, so I re-tallied.
I can't get my numbers to match up though lol.
5783 posts after adding up the number of Excellent, Good, etc.
But my posts page shows 5490 posts outside journals.
